The Xenia Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Xenia Township Office, 8 Brush Row Road, Xenia, Ohio, 45385. The Public Hearing is to consider the proposed Text Amendments to the Xenia Township Zoning Resolution to Definitions for Chickens in the Residential Districts of the Township.
Interested persons may appear at this scheduled Hearing to express their opinion with respect to this requested Text Amendment.

Administrative Assistant. This Part-Time position is scheduled for 24 -29 hours per week, or with zoning experience, could be full-time with benefits. Depending upon experience and hours desired, annual pay could be $25,000.00 to 35,000.00.
Full-Time Road Superintendent. The Road Superintendent serves as the Department Head and is responsible for supervising all Road Department personnel and operations. Salaried position between $60,000.00 to $73,000.00 depending upon experience. Full benefits.
Full-Time Service Worker (Level I, II, or III). Service Worker positions are responsible for performing a variety of road maintenance activities and assisting with the maintenance and
minor repair of Township buildings and facilities. Placement at the Service Worker I, II, or III level will be based on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. $23.00 to $25.00 an hour with full benefits.

Notice is hereby given that 900 Booker Drive, Parcel # M36-0002-0028-0-0127-00, will be declared a nuisance property on August 6, 2026 by the Xenia Township Board of Trustees.
If the vegetation, garbage, refuse or other debris is not removed on or before August 7, 2026, Xenia Township Trustees will hire a contractor to perform the mentioned tasks. All costs incurred by Xenia Township will be assessed against the property as a lien.
