Notice to Remove Vegetation Garbage, Refuse, or Other Debris
Notice is hereby given that 773 Murray Hill Drive, Parcel # M36-0002-0031-0-0069-00, has been declared a nuisance property on May 21, 2026 by the Xenia Township Board of Trustees.
If the vegetation, garbage, refuse or other debris is not removed on or before June 1, 2026, Xenia Township Trustees will hire a contractor to perform the mentioned tasks. All costs incurred by Xenia Township will be assessed against the property as a lien.
