What is a Comprehensive Plan and Why Are We Making One?
- A comprehensive plan expresses the goals and vision of a community for medium- to long-term development.
- It addresses transportation, utilities, recreation, land preservation, housing, and business development.
- The Xenia Township Comprehensive Plan will provide a vision for the township through 2035.
- Both Greene County (Perspectives 2040 Plan)(opens in new tab) and the City of Xenia (neXtPlan)(opens in new tab) have recently updated their plans. Xenia Township is now doing the same.
