The Xenia Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Xenia Township Office, 8 Brush Row Road, Xenia, Ohio, 45385. The Public Hearing is to consider the proposed Text Amendments to the Xenia Township Zoning Resolution to Definitions for Chickens in the Residential Districts of the Township.
Interested persons may appear at this scheduled Hearing to express their opinion with respect to this requested Text Amendment.

Notice is hereby given that 900 Booker Drive, Parcel # M36-0002-0028-0-0127-00, will be declared a nuisance property on August 6, 2026 by the Xenia Township Board of Trustees.
If the vegetation, garbage, refuse or other debris is not removed on or before August 7, 2026, Xenia Township Trustees will hire a contractor to perform the mentioned tasks. All costs incurred by Xenia Township will be assessed against the property as a lien.
