Township Meeting Minutes
Xenia Township maintains records of all official meetings including Trustee, Zoning Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals. Minutes prior to 2020 can be obtained from the Trustee Office at 8 Brush Row Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385.
Meeting minutes are posted following approval by the Board. For questions regarding meeting minutes, contact the Township Office at (937) 372-0859.
Trustee Meeting Minutes
The Board of Trustees meets regularly at the Township Office start at 6pm the first and third Thursdays of the month. Trustee minutes include Regular Session Minutes, Public Hearing Minutes, Emergency Meeting Minutes, Work Session Minutes, and Special Session Minutes. Records are available from 2020 to present.
Zoning Meeting Minutes
Zoning minutes include Zoning Commission Minutes, Joint Zoning Boards, and Board of Zoning Appeals Minutes. Minutes for meetings held before 2020 can be viewed at the Zoning Office. Records are available from 2020 to present.
